There is an extensive range of cafés, restaurants and fast food outlets both airside and landside.
Shopping:
There are several retail shops at the airport including newsagents, bookshops and grocers, as well as music and video, accessories, electrical, and health & beauty retailers.
Luggage:
A left luggage facility is available, call 0121 767 7987 for more information. This facility is situated on the first floor of Terminal 1 (before you go into departures)
Baggage Trolleys:
Trolleys are available at the main entrance to the terminal and in the Baggage Reclaim Halls.
Rendezvous Point:
On the ground floor in the main concourse, adjacent to Travelex.
Tour Operators Desks:
On the ground floor in the main concourse. The desks are normally staffed 2 hours before flight departure, for tickets on departure only.
Telephones:
Available throughout the terminal.
Ticket Desks:
For scheduled and charter airlines, located on the ground floor of the main concourse.
Business Point:
Located in Terminal 2, The Business Point offers access to meeting rooms, fax and photocopy services.
Baby Changing Rooms:
Available at in both terminals. In Terminal 1 they are situated on the first floor in the departure lounge near Burger King. And for Terminal 2 they are situated in the departure lounge and adjacent to Arrivals on the ground floor. |
